Unique voice.

Standing out in the Twitter jungle.

Starting Twitter, I had no own voice. Hell…I didn’t understand you need a voice.

Let’s back up a little bit.

I did Youtube shorts for 6 months.

No voice needed.

Entertaining, hooking, fast-paced… The secret of Youtube shorts.

Beginner hell.

Twitter was a different beast.

Full of problems… How to write?

What to write? How to get people to read?

For every problem, there is a solution. Platitudes… no, not the answer.

I started with platitudes. No views. No followers. No engagement.

Testing the waters.

Platitudes didn’t work.

I was copying quotes and not editing… No clue.

”Abandon ship.”

Yes. I wanted to quit.

Desperation set in. ”How the hell I’m going to make this work.”

Baby steps.

Research.

The first thing you should do is…

- Study other creators.

- What are they missing?

- Make a list of patterns.

Experience. I made a list of the things I know.

Everybody can do this.

Even you🫵

”I have nothing to share.” ”My life is boring.”

Stop.

I don’t want to hear it.

Take a pen and paper.

List the things you are interested. Start there.

Look at my list.

- Addiction

- Weight loss

- Sports

- Self-improvement.

Blasting out from the abyss.

People were tweeting mostly about…

- Growth

- Pointless platitudes -

- How to tell stories.

Actual story was missing.

Revelation… Share my stories.

Fighting. Addiction. Weight loss… My story.

This tweet changed everything.

The Voice.

I started to share everything from my fears to devastating break-ups.

Relatable stories.

”Stop sharing your fears,” a guy commented to me.

I knew I had something.

People were liking or hating.

Attention was there.

Impressions exploded. Profile visits off the roof.

Something was working… My voice.

Look at what others are not doing.

Share about life.

The only way to be unique is…

Being you.

No competition. No saturation.

There you go!

Thank you for reading.

See you next Sunday.

P.S.

You don’t want to write like everybody else.

Stand out. Unique writing style.
